Virtual Reality
Nursing Lab

This fund supports the creation of a Virtual Reality Laboratory to simulate real-world clinical experiences, enabling nursing students to gain critical experience in delivering compassionate end-of-life care. The lab will foster collaboration with Angela Hospice and Marywood Nursing Care Center, neighboring Felician Ministries.

Scholarship Fund
$8,310 of $14,000 goal
Started in 2024 upon her retirement as dean of the College of Education & Human Development, this scholarship fund needs $14,000 to be fully endowed. Then, it will award an annual scholarship in perpetuity. It honors Dr. O’s more than 40 years of dedicated service and will help educate future teachers and administrators.
MU Journal

A high quality, student-produced publication that showcases the creative works of the Madonna University family, from photography and film making, to art, poetry, prose, and everything in between. Your support of the MU Journal will ensure we continue to provide this treasure to the community.
Take 5 Lounge Student Project

The Student Senate is committed to helping raise funds to replace the worn-out furniture in the Take 5 Lounge, where students study, eat, and hang out between classes.
Criminal Justice
Digital Wall of Honor
$6,890 of $7,500 goal
The Wall of Honor that honors alumni who have achieved the rank of chief of police or director of public safety is no longer large enough. Gifts to this fund will purchase touch-screen TVs with an unlimited capacity to honor our criminal justice and other successful alumni.
Student Emergency Fund
$3,800 of $10,000 goal
This fund helps students facing extreme hardships that may prohibit them
from continuing their education at Madonna, e.g., health emergency,
family death, fire, or major accident. A Student Affairs committee determines fund disbursement.
Madonna Fund
$34,681 of $30,000 goal
Dollars raised for the Madonna Fund are used to address the University’s most pressing needs determined by President Chris Dougherty, e.g., recruiting/retaining high-quality faculty members, supporting scholarships, and having funds available for maintenance and emergencies.
Athletics
Digital Hall of Fame Display
$5,175 of $7,500 goal
The Hall of Fame currently features 19 accomplished athletes and two outstanding teams who competed as Madonna scholar-athletes. This fund will support the purchase of a touch-screen TV and related software to replace the digital display that no longer works.

Wednesday March 19, 2025 is Madonna University's Annual St. Felix Day of Giving!
St. Felix Day of Giving brings together the Madonna community to support projects that advance the mission of Madonna University.
In previous years, donors have supported student scholarships, lab equipment, updated training materials, and other items designed to improve the student experience both inside and outside of the classroom.
Our goals continue to be ambitious and centered around students. Please support students today and spread the word about all of the great things happening at Madonna and how your Madonna education or experience has impacted you.
