What is Threads of Hospice?

Gain an understanding of various aspects of end-of-life care at this free hospice education seminar presented by Angela Hospice and Madonna University College of Nursing & Health. The morning session is geared toward hospice professionals (nursing and social work CEU credits available) and the afternoon session is geared toward members of the public.
